Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Digital downloads

If you purchased a digital download and, at checkout, you requested immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the download began, that right no longer applies after delivery has started. Your order confirmation email records the consent you gave and when it was recorded.

Physical products

Physical products are not offered for delivery within the EU. If you believe you are eligible to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods, contact us using the form below.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form below within the 14-day period. You may use this form or send us a clear statement by email. We will confirm receipt without undue delay.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
