The Postal service has just increased International shipping rates for 2016.  We have no control over postal service rates and feel the pain as well.   Orders within the USA ship FREE, for now.  If the postal service continues the rate hikes, we will re-visit other options at that time.

All domestic orders for one or two DVDs  are shipped via United States Postal Service, FIRST CLASS MAIL. FIRST CLASS DOMESTIC MAIL usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. (Could be sooner, may take a day or two longer).  Domestic Combo Orders with three or more items are shipped PRIORITY MAIL, 1-3 days delivery time.  All orders are shipped with TRACKING #’s so you can follow your order.  Our postal service sends the tracking #’s directly to your email address that you used when ordering during checkout.  PLEASE make sure you have your email address correct when placing your order so you can know exactly where your order is at all times.  If you do not have your email address correct, you will not receive any order confirmations or your tracking numbers.  We do not spam, we do not sell your information, ever.

If you request extra services (i.e., Signature Confirmation, Express Mail, etc.) you must pay any additional charges before your package is mailed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FIRST CLASS AIRMAIL: Canadian orders for one DVD ($9.50), two DVDS ($15.00) and are shipped via USPS first class airmail may take from 10-14 business days for delivery. Saturday’s are NOT Business days.  We ship ALL orders same day if received by 2pm EST. Canadian and all International orders for our Book plus DVDs are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail to Canada is ($23.95) Outside of Canada for the  United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand  is ($32.25). Shipping time is usually 10-14 business days with PRIORITY MAIL.  Allow at least 10-14 business days for delivery; it could be sooner, it may take longer.

All International orders weighing over 1 lb. must ship USPS, PRIORITY Mail.  All International orders for one DVD to the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand also ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  We no longer ship to S. Africa due to orders being “lost or stolen” at customs.  No exceptions.

Please folks, it takes at least 10-14 days for first class mail to arrive in Canada. All International orders outside of Canada are shipped Global Priority MAIL.   All orders, whether they are first class or priority mail have tracking numbers that you are sent via our postal service the day your order ships.

All INTERNATIONAL customers may place your order by choosing PAYPAL or the ‘Pay with Any major credit card’ option during the check out process.

If your order is returned to us due to you omitting your apt. or suite #’s, you will be charged for re-shipping your order. That is why we ask you to verify ALL your “ship to” information before submitting your order.

Want to order by Check or Money Order? (All personal checks are held 7-10 business days before your order ships) Our suggestion, send a money order.  PLEASE Do NOT send a personal check for merchandise from Canada or Europe, only International money orders in US Funds are accepted. Personal checks will be returned.

Florida residents, please add 7% sales tax included with your check. It will be returned if the incorrect amount is sent.

Return policy: Ride Like a Pro, Inc. allows returns for any damaged DVDs due to mishaps via the shipping process. Please call our toll free number, 866-868-7433 and we’ll gladly send you another replacement with a return mailer for the damaged product. Unopened cases are authorized for returns only. Any opened DVDs are NOT part of our return policy. If you crack your DVD by NOT pushing on the “press here” button in the case, it is not covered in our return policy. Please take care when removing the disk from the case and press the “press here” button.

Refund policy: Customers who are not 100% satisfied with our products may contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to rectify any problems to assure you of our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. My Ride Like A Pro DVD’s have copyright and trademark protection. NO RENTAL, download or Resale of my DVDs is permitted by law. All violators will be reported to the Federal Trademark and Copyright Commissions.

Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, rental or digital transmission of copyrighted material without explicit written authorization from the rights of the owner, Ride Like a Pro, Inc. The FBI investigates allegations of criminal copyright infringement and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Ride Like A Pro, Inc. takes this type of violation seriously and will prosecute any and all incidents to the fullest extent of national and international laws.
