Return policy: Ride Like a Pro, Inc. allows returns for any damaged DVDs due to mishaps via the shipping process.  Please call our toll free number, 866-868-7433 and we'll gladly send you another replacement with a return mailer for the damaged product. Unopened cases are authorized for returns only. Any opened DVDs are NOT part of our return policy.
